White Space Crypto is operated by Duncan Macduff as a UK sole-trader business.

The service

White Space Crypto is a subscription research and intelligence service covering cryptoassets, AI-driven economic change, token economics, rankings, challengers, dossiers, historical changes and related analytical tools. The service is general and impersonal. It does not execute trades, hold customer assets, provide personalised portfolio instructions or recommend that any particular individual buy, sell or hold a cryptoasset.

Plans and billing

The canonical plans are: Founding 100 at $49 USD per month while continuously subscribed; Standard at $99 USD per month; and Annual at $990 USD per year. The price shown immediately before checkout controls if a later canonical price change applies to new customers. Billing is handled by Stripe and subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Founding 100

Founding 100 pricing is limited to the first 100 genuine paying founder members. The founder rate is retained only while membership remains continuously subscribed. If a founder subscription ends or lapses, the founder rate is not guaranteed to be available again.

Starting access

When you subscribe, you request access to begin after successful payment and entitlement confirmation.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal through the Stripe customer portal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.

Research risk

Cryptoassets are high risk and can lose most or all of their value. Rankings, scores, confidence assessments, scenarios and research opinions are uncertain and can be wrong. Nothing in the service guarantees performance, profit or protection from loss, and past rankings or outcomes do not predict future results.

General, impersonal research

Rankings are comparative outputs of the White Space Crypto methodology. They are not tailored to your finances, objectives, experience, tax position, portfolio, risk tolerance or other personal circumstances and should not be treated as a determination that an asset is suitable for you.

No personalised advice or execution

The service does not provide individual suitability advice, personalised allocation instructions, managed portfolios, custody, transaction execution, exchange order routing or a facility that automatically converts ranking positions into trades.

Data, model and automation limitations

The service can rely on public information, third-party data and machine-assisted research. Sources can contain errors, omissions, delays or later revisions. Analytical and AI-assisted systems can also misinterpret evidence or produce incorrect conclusions. Important facts may change before the service is updated.

Conflicts and independence

Ranking position is not sold. Paid placement, issuer-funded ranking boosts and commission-linked ranking decisions are prohibited. Material commercial relationships, sponsorships or asset interests, if any arise, should be disclosed where relevant to the research.

Historical record

Material historical research changes may be preserved as part of the service's track record. Earlier conclusions are not guaranteed to remain current, and later evidence may strengthen, weaken or invalidate a thesis.

Independent decisions

You remain responsible for your own investment, trading, custody, tax and legal decisions and for carrying out any additional due diligence you consider appropriate. The service is not a substitute for professional financial, legal or tax advice where those services are needed.

Intellectual property

Your subscription is for your own use. You may use the research to inform your decisions, but you may not systematically republish, resell, scrape or redistribute paid rankings, reports, dossiers, data compilations or proprietary analytical outputs as a competing information product.

Availability

We aim to maintain a reliable service and current research state, but data sources, third-party systems, market conditions and evidence availability can change. Temporary outages, delayed updates or stale snapshots may occur.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer, cancellation, refund or data-protection right that applies to you under law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Regulatory launch gate

These terms and disclosures do not by themselves determine whether a particular communication is a regulated financial promotion. Public subscription availability may therefore be restricted by country while applicable financial-promotion, consumer-protection or other regulatory requirements are being determined or implemented.
